We’re excited to share some detail on the upcoming changes to your Thomas platform!  

 Here’s a quick overview of what’s new and what you can expect: 

Assess and Connect

Our platform is now organized into two Products, Assess and Connect—each with specialised functionality: 

Assess: Rich insights to help manager decisions across a variety of people scenarios including recruitment and development.

• Profiles: Assess individuals across behaviour, personality, and aptitude using our existing assessments and download detailed reports. Users can also easily send out assessments in bulk and add personalised messages to invitations. 
• Roles: Easily match candidates with vacancies using defined criteria based on our assessments including our new Characteristics feature. . This will make it easier for you to understand the results of the assessment in the context of the role. You will now find a user-friendly rating system with supporting content that makes the results easy to comprehend.  

 

Connect: Create better connections between managers and teams to drive engagement and improve productivity, powered by Thom our AI coach 

• Colleagues: Invite and view profiles of team members within your organisation. Profiles can be set to public, allowing users to view and compare themselves with others.  
• Teams: Our updated Teams functionality enables employees to organise and collaborate effectively, with branding enhancements for a cohesive experience.
