We’ve had an exciting year at Thomas. We had our rebrand, launched several new functionalities within our platform and chatted to many of you within our Thomas Community. But we’re always working on ways that we can improve, and after speaking to our customers about the issues you see in the workplace and how you use Thomas to make work a better place to be, we’ve decided it was time for a bigger change…  

Introducing Thomas Assess and Thomas Connect 

We’re still the platform you know and love, we’ve just made some changes to make sure everything is clear and has the most value for our customers. We know how brilliant people science is, and the incredible things it can do for people at work, and we wanted to make that as clear, and user-friendly as possible.  

So, what does this mean?  

• Thomas Assess: Rich insights to help manager decisions across a variety of people scenarios including talent acquisition and development. Think our behavior, personality, emotional intelligence and aptitude assessments, our interview guides, candidate profiles and everything you need to ensure you get the right hire, every time.  

• Thomas Connect: Create better connections between managers and teams to drive engagement and improve productivity, powered by AI. This is where we use our amazing people insights to build better connections. Our AI coach, Thom, is ready to answer any question about you and your teams by scanning your profile to give you the answer. Built by our Data Scientists, with by our scientifically backed research, ready to make work a great place to be.
