Cant Access My account

Hi,

My organisation has signed up and I have been sent an email link to login. However, it wont let me create a password - only sends to a "forgot my password" link.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello Andrew,

It looks like you have not accepted the invite to Perform. The best way to find this would be to search your inbox for an email from no-reply@thomas.co. Then once located, all you need to do is press accept on the invitation. 

If you can't locate it, I suggest you can ask your admin to re-send the invite.
