I share our Hub account with other administrators, and we want to see each other’s candidates – what can we do?

Hi Haley,

Thanks for your question.

This takes actions from both admins looking to share candidates. Here is what you need to do:

Step 1 - the admin sharing their candidates.

-People
-Share Candidates

-Choose on the list who you are sharing with
-Select All future(for all new candidates you create to be shared) Share all existing (to share all the -candidates you have created so far) or view (to select specific candidates you wish to share)
once decided which candidates you are sharing, make sure you press UPDATE otherwise this action won’t be completed.

Step 2 - the admin being shared with.

-Settings
-Admin and Sub Admin
-View Current Profile
-Advanced Options
-Display Shared Candidates? Toggle to yes
-Save Changes
